- With the help of rolling pin and board make small pooris.The edges have to be thin and center have to be thick.
- Apply water with fingers tip towards the circumference. Then in center put stuffing.
- Lift one side of the edge and start pleating. - start pleating the edges slowly and gather everything. press in middle and seal the momos forming a bundle.
- Heat a steamer and arrange the momos in the tray without touching each other.
