- Dust working surface with flour and roll dough into two separate large sheets, grease baking dish and place one sheet on the dish and trim the egdes
- Spread the filling all over
- Then top with the cheese
- Place the other sheet on top and press firm the edges.
- Preheat oven for couple of minutes and bake on moderate heat for 30 min.
