- Pour into a blender and blend with 3 balls of onions
- Pour the beans into a bowl and stir with a wooden stick until the texture becomes light
- Add half a teaspoon of salt, stir well and then add the minced chicken. Stir again.
- Place a pan on fire to dry and then add some vegetable oil
- Once the oil is hot, use a serving spoon to scoop the bean paste into it one at a time and fry until it becomes golden brown (you can also bake)
- Serve with either custard, pap or any drink of your choice.
