- Sprinkle some water so that everything bound together.
- Now heat oil in a kadhai, or deep frying pan over medium flame.
- Add cumin seeds, asaefaeda when oil is heated enough, deep fry bhindi until they turn light brown and crispy.
- Fry in batches, drain and transfer it plate having paper napkin on it to remove excess oil.
- Crispy kurkuri bhindi is ready, serve it in a lunch with dal, roti or serve as a starter to your meal.
