Karah Parsaad is one of the most favored of current trending meals on earth. It’s simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. Karah Parsaad is something that I have loved my whole life. They are fine and they look fantastic.
To begin with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few components. You can have karah parsaad using 4 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you cook it.
The ingredients needed to make Karah Parsaad:
- Get 1 cup Atta (whole wheat flour)
- Take 1 cup Desi ghee (clarified butter)
- Take 1 cup sugar or jaggery
- Get 1 cup water
A person preparing prashad, according to protocol, is obligated to continually recite Sikh scriptures. Karah Prashad is a halwa made using whole wheat flour, lots of ghee and sugar. Instructions to make Karah Parsaad:
- Take a heavy bottomed karahi and put it on the flame. Put ghee in it and then add flour. Mix it nicely and keep cooking on slow flame, stirring in between for good 15-20 minutes or till the colour of the flour change into nice golden.
- Be assured that the atta is cooked properly as it is the most important part in making perfect - "Gurudware Wala karah Parsaad". - Now add water and keep stirring continuesly to avoid any lump formation. There is no need to make sugar syrup separately, just directly add sugar to it and mix well. The sugar will melt itself with the heat of cooked atta.Cook for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
