It is a vegetarian-friendly meal eaten in most parts of West Africa and Brazil.

  1. Peel beans and soak for 1 hour
  2. Cut onion,tatasi,seasoning,pepper and add to beans. Using a heavy duty blender, blend beans with very little water into smooth paste. Use as little water as possible. Or take beans to grinding machine and grind without adding much water.
  3. Mix beabs puree with hand mixer for 1 minute, then add egg and beat. Add in 1 sachet of ajino moto,seasoning and continue mixing.
  4. Add salt and mix. Scoop into hot oil and fry.
  5. Kosai is ready to be served.
  6. Note. If beans has been blended with much water omit egg.
