  3. Gas par kadhai rakh kar isma 1 tsp oil daal kar garam ligiya oil garam hona ka baad usma geera daal kar bhuna ligiya green chilli aur dhaniya powder daal digiya. Aur ab isma gobhi ka chura,red chilli powder,garam masala,ginger,salt aur Coriander leaves daal kar mila digiya. 2 minutes Tak chalate rahiya. Ab gobhi ka chura ko dhanda hona ka liya rakha digiya. Dandha hon ka baad gobhi ki pitthi loi partha ma bharna ka liya taiyar ha.

Atta ki loi todhiya aur karib 4 inch bayas ma bela ligiya.1 big tsp gobhi us par rakhiya ussa choro jagha sa modha kar banda kar digiya.ab is patthi bhari huai loi ko hatalhi ki help sa badha kar la (agar aap assa nahi karenga tho balta time aapke partha fat sakta ha).
