- Now add the tamarind water
- 15 minute eariler &extract the water out it
- And 1. 5 cups water and salt mix well
- Close & cook for 10-15 minutes
- Lastly added jaggrey powder to taste mix well
- One last important step in to drizzel some oil on top the dish at the last to give out an awesome flavour in the curry
