  6. Heat few ghee roast cashew and raisin keep aside
  7. Heat ghee add crushes pepper, cumin seeds, curry leaves
  8. Pour the roasted nuts and pepper, cumin, curry leaves… Into the rice mix it well
  9. Heat some ghee and pour into rice….. Give a mix..serve it with sambar and coconut chutney
