- First in a cooker add 2 tsp oil/ghee add washed moong Dal roast well. Add washed rice and turmeric add 4 cups of water. Close the lid take 3 whistles.
- Put a pan add oil/ghee. Add jeera,paper, asafoetida, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, Tomato one by one stir well. Add salt and 1 cup of water.
- Water get boiling add cooked rice and dal mix well cook for 5 minutes.
- Add coriander and ghee mix it. Serve hot.
