- You may sift them again to remove the lumps. It is optional.
- Let it rest for 15 to 30 minutes
- Heat your non stick pan. Spray some cooking oil, or just pour 1 tbsp oil and spread around the pan and wipe it out.
- Place one laddle of batter into the pan, swirl it around, so it will be thin crepes. Let it cook for 2 - 3 minutes and turn another side, cook for another 2 minutes
- Remove it out and finish the batter.
- You may serve the crepes with orange compote, apple compote or cream cheese.
