Egg Coated Fried Yam (Yamarita) was prepared by boiling, then coated in seasoned eggs mixture, I added pepper in the egg mixture for more flavor but it optional you don't have to add the pepper.   1. Peel the yam and cut it into sizeable rectangle, rinse it immediately

  4. Dredge the yam in the eggs and fry.
  5. When it's done then serve!
