- Strain the curd into a cheesecloth or a thin cotton cloth and tie it up into a tight ball. Place it into a strainer and refrigerate for 10 to 12 hours.
- Remove the hung curd in a bowl. Mix it well till smooth and creamy. Add the salt and za'atar seasoning. Give it a good mix.
- Pour into a bowl. Make a ring like indentation and pour olive oil into it. Sprinkle some more za'atar seasoning all over. Enjoy!

Add kalamata olives to the food processor and pulse until a paste is formed. Mix garlic and labneh in a medium bowl; season with salt. Stir in za'atar and remove from heat.
