- Divide evenly into few rolls. Then roll it each into 1-2cm thickness depending on how thick do you want it as your pasta. Then roll it again to the pasta roller into any pasta shapes you want, i choose spaghetti cuts for noodles & fettuccini cuts (wider than spaghetti cut) for fettuccini pasta.
- Pasta or noodles are ready for any type of cooking that you want. I cooked it with tomato pasta

Place carrot leaves, parsley, lemon zest and garlic in a food processer and pulse repeatedly until finely chopped. Add the salt and oil, pulsing a few more times until incorporated (but not too smooth). Add more oil if you prefer a looser version. Top this classic carrot cake with moreish icing and chopped walnuts or pecans. Drain and leave in a colander to steam-dry for a few minutes, and then toss in a large roasting tin with the olive oil, honey, vinegar and seasoning.
