Veg poha is a simple recipe with lots of vegetables and sprouts. Take poha in a bowl and add water and squeeze out the water and take it in a bowl. Add salt, ½ tsp turmeric and lemon juice. Heat oil or ghee in a pan, add mustard, urad dal, asafoetida and let them sizzle.

- Wash, peel and chop potatoes, Bellpepper, tomato. chop fresh coconut in smaller pieces. Keep the ready with raisins.

- Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add Onion, potatoes, Bellpepper, tomato, and mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix and cover it and for 10 minutes on low flame. Now raisins and fresh coconut and stir.
- Add poha and mix well.
- Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar and Maggi magic masala and mix. Squeeze half lemon and mix.
- Serving time add 8-9 grapes and one tbsp bhujiya in one plate cooked poha.
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
