  3. Add sauces,pepper powder,chilli powder, salt.stir fry until sauces are well combined.add boiled and mix gently.
  4. Toss and mix until noodles are cooked completley
  5. Ready to serve

Boil the noodles according to the packet instructions, drain and set aside. Add the drained noodles, and toss well to combine. Garnish with more chopped spring onions if you like. Tip the noodles into a large mixing bowl, pulling them apart with your fingers, then put aside. Trim and finely slice the spring onions, then peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger.
