- Heat water in pot, when it’s boiling, put noodle in. Cook noodle for 3-4 mins. When cooked, put on colander and add cold water to stop it to further cook. Leave it for now.
- Heat oil on pan in high heat (preferably wok), add chicken and cook until every part is white (4-5 mins). Lower the heat to medium, put vegetables in, and cook it for 3 mins.
- Change the heat to low, stir-in the chow mein sauce mix and the noodle into the pan. Mix everything together for 1 min.
